Website terms
The terms for using IOR Digital’s public information and inquiry pages. Effective October 13, 2026.
1. Operator and scope
This website identifies IOR DIGITAL LTDA, CNPJ 51.889.175/0001-32, at AV JOSE WILKER ATOR, 605, BL C 1 A SAL 705, JACAREPAGUA, RIO DE JANEIRO - RJ, 22775-024, Brazil. “IOR Digital” refers to the company’s public name on these pages. These terms address browsing, use of the published information and preparation of general inquiries.
They do not replace a separate agreement, informed-consent process or professional duty associated with an actual healthcare service. A visitor should consider those documents in the context of the particular service. Use of an English-language website or a domain name does not establish an office, clinical facility or legal registration in the United States.
2. Information and clinical decisions
The pages introduce the company’s diagnostic-imaging sector and provide general explanations about imaging information and radiology reports. They do not assess an individual’s condition, select an examination, interpret an image or recommend a course of treatment. An administrative inquiry is not a clinical consultation.
Questions about personal symptoms, the appropriateness of an examination or the significance of a report belong with a qualified healthcare professional who can consider the relevant circumstances. Do not delay professional care because you are waiting for a website response. These inquiry pages are not a way to request emergency assistance.
3. Availability and service details
An inquiry category identifies a subject that a visitor may wish to discuss. It is not a promise that a particular modality, appointment, procedure, reporting arrangement or location is available. Information needed for an actual service must be confirmed in that conversation, including who provides it and where it takes place.
No online price list, booking calendar or clinical staff directory is provided here. The absence of a detail does not establish that a service is unavailable. Likewise, a general description of diagnostic imaging does not establish that every type of imaging is provided by the company. Confirm any detail that is important to your decision before arranging a service.
4. Preparing and sending an inquiry
The form allows you to enter general contact details, choose a topic and prepare an email draft. Its preview button does not transmit a message to an inbox. Opening the draft uses the email application on your device; sending remains a separate action under your control. You are responsible for reviewing the recipient and the content before sending.
A draft, an opened email window or a sent-message record does not by itself prove receipt or acceptance by the company. No response time is promised by this website. If a matter requires confirmation, obtain a direct acknowledgment through an appropriate channel rather than assuming the form created an appointment or instruction.
5. Inquiries and later agreements
A general question or request for information does not reserve an appointment, purchase a service or create an obligation to pay. This website has no checkout and does not ask for payment-card information. It also does not provide a mechanism for signing a clinical consent document or a service contract.
If a service is discussed later, its scope, provider, fees, payment arrangements, timing and cancellation conditions should be established in the relevant agreement before commitment. Those specific conditions govern that transaction subject to applicable law. These website terms do not add an undisclosed charge or substitute generic wording for the terms of an actual service.
6. Responsible communications
Use the form for accurate, proportionate and lawful administrative communication. If you write for an organization, make your role clear and provide only information you are entitled to share. Do not impersonate another person or send material that infringes their privacy, confidentiality or other rights.
The inquiry form is not intended to collect clinical reports, images, prescriptions, medical histories or identity documents. Keep those out of the message. If records later become necessary, first confirm the correct recipient and an appropriate transfer process. You should not assume that an ordinary email link is suitable for transferring a complete patient record.
7. Website content and permitted use
You may read the public pages and use their links for ordinary personal or business reference. Company names, the visual identity, text and original diagrams identify their respective rights holders. An educational diagram is a communication aid and is not a diagnostic image, a patient result or a photograph of the company’s equipment.
Do not misrepresent the content as professional advice given to an individual, remove context that changes its meaning or imply an endorsement that has not been granted. Any rights available under applicable law remain unaffected. Requests to reuse substantial website material can be raised through the company’s general contact route.
8. External references and software
Some pages link to official or professional educational sources. Those references are supplied to help readers locate background information. The external publishers control their own content, availability and privacy practices. A link does not establish that the company is affiliated with, accredited by or endorsed by that publisher.
Your browser and email application are separate software. Their configuration may determine whether a draft opens, whether form values are restored or whether an external page loads. The company cannot control every device or third-party interface. If an email application is unavailable, the preview allows you to review and manually copy the draft text.
9. Technical use and interruptions
Do not attempt to interfere with website operation, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code or use automated requests in a way that disrupts normal access. Public browsing permission does not authorize access to private systems, other people’s correspondence or infrastructure administration.
Pages may be updated or temporarily unavailable. Internet connectivity, browser settings and delivery services can affect loading and form behavior. These terms do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular technical outcome. Any limitations must be interpreted proportionately and cannot remove obligations or remedies that mandatory law does not allow the company to exclude.
10. Changes, questions and mandatory rights
The effective date above identifies this version. Future revisions may reflect new information or changes to the website. Review the relevant pages when returning to an inquiry after a significant period, especially before relying on an operational detail or making a separate commitment. A website update does not silently rewrite a concluded service agreement.
Questions concerning these terms can be addressed to [email protected] or to the company address shown above. State the page or provision involved so the matter can be understood. Nothing here is intended to waive a consumer’s or data subject’s mandatory rights, impose a foreign forum merely because the text is in English, or limit access to an applicable authority.
